Allkind Music Studio is a creative digital music programme that supports adults to explore their mental health through music-making. Using modern music technology, participants are supported to express themselves, build their skills and confidence, and connect with others in a welcoming space.
A supportive training service for adults in Kensington & Chelsea who are living with long-term mental health challenges and need help moving towards work, education, or meaningful activity. We offer accredited courses, digital skills, horticulture, painting and decorating, employability training and personalised support, all at your pace, in a safe and understanding environment.
Community Befriending offers one-to-one support for adults who feel isolated or are in need of extra help. Our trained befrienders meet you regularly to build confidence and reduce isolation. They will support you with everyday life from getting out into the community to attending appointments or sharing a chat over coffee.
Community Living Well Peer Support offers free groups, workshops, 1:1 sessions, and social meet-ups for adults. This service brings people together through shared experiences of mental health to reduce isolation, build confidence, and support recovery.
Join our range of creative, fitness, and eco-therapy groups designed to boost your wellbeing and help you feel part of a supportive community. Open to adults 18+ across London, our programmes support you in meeting new people and learning new skills to feel better.
Our Floating Support Service provides support to adults’ resident in Wandsworth who have eligible support needs including support with managing mental health and other challenges and support to maintain and manage their tenancies. Commissioned and funded by Wandsworth Council, this short-term floating support service provides one-to-one, practical help individuals to build independence, stay securely housed and feel more confident day-to-day.
Our Housing Management Services provide safe, stable and well-maintained supported housing for people living with mental health challenges across Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster. We manage homes on behalf of social landlords, but our work is centred on people, not properties. We make sure every resident has what they need to feel settled, secure and able to live in decent social housing homes.
A peer-led service supporting inpatients at hospital as they prepare for discharge and move back into the community. The service offers emotional and practical support from peer workers with lived experience of mental health challenges. Designed to build confidence, independence and connection during a vulnerable transition.
Get free, personalised Talking Therapies in Westminster, delivered in partnership with CNWL Foundation NHS Trust. Our team offers caring, evidence-based support for anxiety, low mood, stress and everyday mental health challenges to help you take the next step towards feeling better.
Our Complex Emotional Needs Peer Support service offers 1:1 support, groups, workshops and social meetups for adults. Designed for people experiencing long-standing emotional and relational challenges, the service provides a safe, empathetic space to build confidence, connection and practical coping tools.
Our RISE Counselling service provides low-cost adult therapy. Our counsellors offer confidential support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief and relationship challenges, available online or in person.
Our Suicide Bereavement Support Service offers compassionate, specialist support for anyone affected by suicide across North West and South West London. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, we provide one-to-one support, practical guidance, and peer groups to help you feel less alone and navigate grief at your own pace.
Our Suicide Prevention Training helps people across South West London feel more confident starting life-saving conversations. We offer free awareness sessions and in-depth workshops for organisations looking to better understand suicide, challenge stigma, and support someone who may be struggling. Together, we’re building safer and more informed communities.
Become a Suicide Prevention Champion and help build safer communities. Our Champions are trained, compassionate individuals who know how to recognise when someone might be struggling. They feel confident offering a supportive, non-judgemental space. If you want to play an active role in preventing suicide across South West London, this role is for you.
The WAFER service provides joined-up mental health and financial wellbeing support for adults receiving help from Local Citizens Advice. Support is flexible, personal and can include workshops, groups, one-to-one sessions or counselling. Referrals can only be made through Local Citizens Advice advisers.
Walk and Talk offers free, weekly guided walks across London. Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, the groups support adults to improve their mental health, reduce isolation and feel more connected through gentle movement, nature and community.
