About the Service
Our Community Befriending service offers one-to-one support for adults who feel lonely, isolated, or disconnected. Befrienders provide companionship, practical help, and a steady source of encouragement. This helps people rebuild confidence, reconnect with everyday life, and feel part of their community again.
Whether it’s sharing a coffee, attending appointments, getting out for a walk, or navigating daily tasks. Befrienders walk alongside people, so they don’t have to face things alone.
