Our Housing Management Service provides day-to-day housing support within a range of supported accommodation across Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster.
We work closely with social landlords and local partners to make sure every resident has a home that is safe, well-maintained and feels like a place they can reside in.
Our approach is personal, proactive and built around understanding what each resident needs to feel secure and supported.

This service is for people who:
- Have been referred through the Housing Options Departments in Brent, Wandsworth or Westminster
- Are living in, or moving into, one of our supported housing schemes
- Have contacted us to explore making direct application

What to expect
- Legal compliance and safety:We ensure all properties meet UK housing standards and health and safety regulations, with appropriate documentation, policies, audits, and reporting in place.
- Day‑to‑day tenancy management: We support the full tenancy lifecycle, including onboarding, agreements, and settling-in visits. We uphold tenancy conditions, manage rent collection and arrears in line with legal protocols, and provide Housing Officers as key points of contact.
- Repairs, maintenance and major works: We handle reactive repairs and routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with gas, electrical, water, and fire safety requirements. We also coordinate major works such as refurbishments, upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements.
