About the Service
Walk and Talk is one of our Community Wellbeing Programmes, it’s a free, weekly walking group that brings people together to support their mental and physical health. Each walk offers a gentle way to connect with others, explore your local area, and spend meaningful time outdoors.
From peaceful parks and leafy canals to hidden gardens, museums and galleries, every walk gives you space to reflect and feel part of something.
Who it's for
Walk & Talk is open to adults aged 18+ living in London who would benefit from relaxed, outdoor support for their mental health.

What to expect
Each group is led by two trained facilitators with lived experience who create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Walks last around two hours and are shaped by the group, you might explore a green space one week and a cultural landmark the next.
You don’t need any special equipment or experience. Just comfortable shoes and an openness to connect.
