A safe space for young people to feel supported and heard

You are here: Home > Mental Health Hub

About the Service

Our Mental Health Hub is designed to make mental health support easier to access for young people across Westminster. We provide a calm, inclusive environment. Young people can explore their wellbeing and access support that feels right for them.

Support is flexible and shaped around what matters to you. Whether you’re looking for one-to-one support, creative activities, or group workshops. We’re here to help you feel more confident, resilient, and supported.

Who it's for

This service is for young people aged 10–25 who would benefit from early mental health support, including those who:

  • Are experiencing mild to moderate challenges such as anxiety or low mood
  • Feel overwhelmed by everyday pressures like exams, relationships, or stress
  • Enjoy creative activities such as art or music
  • Want to share their ideas and help shape services for young people

You don’t need a diagnosis to attend, just an interest in looking after your wellbeing.

Location:

Westminster

Service types:

Art therapy/workshops, Community support, Connection with others, Music workshops

The support we offer

1:1 Support
Short-term, evidence-based support to help you talk through what’s going on and find ways to cope. You will learn coping strategies and tools to manage any difficulties you may be experiencing.

This may include creative approaches such as art or music-based support.

Friendly, interactive sessions that focus on building resilience, coping strategies, and social connection.

We can help with worries around exams, relationships, anxiety, and low mood, or guide you towards other services for things like employment, sexual health, substance use, or financial stress.
