This free service offers a range of support options:
Support by age group
School Workshops
We run psychoeducational workshops for children and young people, tailored to each school’s needs. Working with staff, we focus on topics that matter most. We cover topics like depression and low mood, managing emotions, building resilience, body image, relationships, and friendships. Flexible and evolving, our workshops adapt to give the best support.
Parent workshops
Working with parents and carers helps boost children’s wellbeing, confidence, attendance, behaviour, and learning. We support parents to promote their child’s mental health by:
- Building coping strategies to manage distressing thoughts and strengthen resilience.
- Offering guided self-help tools to tackle challenges at home.
- Helping parents take an active role in supporting their child’s mental health.
Workshops cover: Understanding behaviours, screen use, managing tantrums, and talking with teenagers.
School Staff Workshops
We offer Reflective Practice sessions for school staff, giving space to reflect on the rewards and challenges of working in a high-pressure environment. We also provide workshops to support staff wellbeing, covering topics like mental health, self-care, and work-life balance. As well as supporting children with anxiety, transitions, and behaviour.
Forums
We create safe spaces for people to share feedback on our services. Our quarterly User Forums for young people, parents/carers, and schools help us listen, learn, and improve so we can better meet our community’s needs.
