Mental health support in Youth Clubs

Mental health support that meets young people where they are

You are here: Home > Youth Clubs

About the Service

We know that opening up about mental health isn’t always easy. Many young people feel more comfortable talking in familiar, relaxed spaces like youth clubs.

Our Youth Clubs service embeds Mental Health Youth Workers directly within youth settings. This makes support easier to access and reducing barriers to early help. This approach allows us to identify unmet or emerging mental health needs early and offer preventative support. We help young people feel listened to and understood.

By working alongside youth workers and community partners, we help young people navigate challenges around mental health, friendships, and youth violence, before difficulties escalate.
