What our fundraisers say
Where does your fundraising go?
We’re an independent mental health charity. This means that 85p for every £1 donated goes directly to supporting people. The remaining 15p is spent on keeping our charity running to ensure we can help anyone in our communities who needs our support.
Whether you’re fundraising because of lived experience or simply a desire to help, your support truly matters. Every penny helps ensure nobody has to face a mental health challenge alone.
