Help us be there when it matters most

Why support us?

In the UK, one in four adults experience a mental health challenge each year and one in four of our young people are living with a common mental health challenge.

At Allkind, we support all kinds of people, of all ages, across the whole mental health spectrum. We understand that everyone’s journey is different and everyone deserves support.

Your support will help us be there when it matters most.

Your support is life-changing for people

Where your money goes

£30

helps 12 people switch off and manage stress with a 2-hour Somatic Movement and Mindfulness session.

£85

fund a personalised assessment to match someone with the right community programme, building connection and wellbeing.

£5,500

covers a year of our Horticulture Gardening sessions, helping up to 15 people per session learn skills, connect, and enjoy nature.

£9,675

keeps our Walk & Talk group going for a year, giving 15 people per session a safe space to walk, talk, and build connections.

Michael’s story

Michael accessed our Suicide Bereavement service after he tragically lost his brother, Jack, to suicide.

Our Suicide Bereavement Service provided immediate support, and Michael formed a lasting bond with his Bereavement Officer that continues to this day.

“There are not many people who will stand with you in the dark, but the immediacy of the service is beyond the offer of any other.”

Your support means that we can help others like Michael to navigate such a devastating loss.

“You are not alone; there are people who can help you to navigate this horrific trauma and make your life more bearable.”

Michael is just one of the thousands of people we support every year.
