We’re not a crisis service, but we know how important it is to find the right help quickly.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, frightened, or unsure what to do next, you don’t have to face this moment alone.
If you’re in immediate danger
If you feel at risk of harming yourself, or your life feels in danger, please seek urgent help now:
- Call 999 for an ambulance
- Go to A&E if you can
- Call NHS 111 and ask for urgent mental health support, or visit here
