Mental health training

Mental health training that supports people and strengthens workplaces

Why mental health training?

Stress, anxiety and depression account for nearly half of all working days lost to ill mental health in the UK. Equating to 17 million days annually and costing the UK economy £57.4 billion each year.

Poor mental health is one of the biggest challenges facing workplaces today, but it’s also one of the most preventable.

Many employees feel unsure how to talk about mental health or support a colleague who’s struggling. Our workplace mental health training gives teams the knowledge, language and confidence to change that. Through practical, evidence-based sessions, employees learn how to recognise signs, have supportive conversations, and take care of their own wellbeing at work.

100% of attendees would recommend our sessions to others.

What your organisation will gain

Our training helps workplaces to:

  • Encourage open, safe conversations about mental health
  • Reduce stigma and increase confidence in supporting others
  • Help staff recognise early signs of poor mental health
  • Improve wellbeing, morale and job satisfaction
  • Reduce burnout, absenteeism and presenteeism
  • Strengthen communication, leadership and teamwork
  • Build healthier, more sustainable workplace cultures

Research shows businesses can see a £5 return for every £1 invested in mental health initiatives. Both people and performance benefit.
