Bitesize Wellbeing Workshops

Short sessions with meaningful impact

About the workshops

Our bitesize wellbeing sessions are designed to educate, empower and equip employees with skills and knowledge to look after their mental and physical health at work. Each 60-minute session offers practical tools, clear guidance and space to reflect. They help people feel more confident and supported in their day-to-day lives.

By bringing these sessions into your workplace, you’re investing in a culture that values wellbeing, reduces stress and supports people to do their best work.

What we offer

We offer a wide range of wellbeing topics, which can be delivered as stand-alone sessions or as part of a wider programme. Our topics include:

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we can also design a bespoke session tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Why choose our wellbeing workshops?

These sessions are designed to be flexible, accessible and easy to embed into busy working schedules. You can:

  • Arrange sessions in the morning, lunchtime or afternoon, with minimal disruption
  • Choose a single topic for a focused, one-off session
  • Build a series of sessions over weeks or months for sustained impact
  • Plan a year-round programme, aligned with key awareness dates like Mental Health Awareness Week or Stress Awareness Month

Each session ends with an opportunity to ask questions, and engage with our highly experienced trainers.
