Mental Health Awareness Training

Building understanding, confidence, and supportive workplace cultures

About the training

Poor mental health can affect anyone, and its impact is often felt across teams and workplaces.

Our Mental Health Awareness training helps organisations build understanding, reduce stigma, improve working relationships and create cultures where people feel safe to speak up and seek support. Through practical, evidence-based learning, employees gain the tools and confidence to start these open conversations and provide appropriate signposting information.

Price: Sessions start at £1,500, for up to 16 people face to face, or 30
virtually.

Mental Health Awareness for Managers (3-hours)

This course is tailored for managers, supervisors, and anyone with responsibility for supporting staff. It includes all content from the Mental Health Awareness for Employees course, with additional focus on the role of managers in supporting mental health and wellbeing at work.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we can also design a bespoke session tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Why choose our mental health awareness training?

Our training is designed to be:

  • Practical, accessible, and grounded in real workplace experiences
  • Delivered in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment
  • Focused on building confidence, not expertise
  • Relevant to both individual wellbeing and team culture

Sessions include discussion and opportunities for questions, giving participants the chance to learn beyond the training itself.
