Mental Health Workshops for Young People
Helping students feel safer and understood
About the workshops
We know that school can be a challenging place for many young people. Research shows that students experiencing mental health challenges are less likely to feel safe, enjoy learning, or feel they have someone to turn to.
Our workshops are designed to gently open up conversations around mental health. We help young people recognise when something isn’t right and build the confidence to ask for support when they need it.
Who it’s for
These workshops are for:
- Children and young people in school settings
- Students who may be experiencing stress, worry, low mood or emotional challenges
- Schools across London looking to strengthen mental health awareness and early support
- Groups who would benefit from a safe, guided space to talk about wellbeing
Support we offer
Our workshops are interactive, age-appropriate and designed to feel safe and engaging.
What makes them different:
- Tailored content shaped around the needs of your students
- Practical tools young people can use straight away
- Interactive learning that encourages participation and reflection
- A supportive space where young people feel comfortable asking questions
Students also receive clear signposting to further support, both in school and in the wider community.
Our workshops are delivered in schools. For information about session costs, please contact us at training@allkind.org.uk.
