Our people

We work together to put kindness at the heart of mental health support.

How we can help you

We support people across the whole mental health spectrum, with care shaped by lived experience and built around what works for each individual.

We deliver support across London, supporting adults, children and young people, families and communities. From early intervention to ongoing support, we work with people in ways that feel right for them.

Our services are designed to support people in all kinds of ways, because no two mental health journeys are the same.

What our teams do

We’re proud to have such a wide range of skilled and dedicated teams working across Allkind. They bring clinical expertise, community understanding and lived experience to help people access appropriate support.

Each team offers something different, playing a crucial role in shaping care that is effective.

Our frontline services are strengthened by the steady support of our central teams. With 63% of our services dedicated to clinical care, these teams ensure our organisation remains strong, efficient and focused.

Our central services include:

  • Finance
  • HR
  • Communications
  • Fundraising and partnerships
  • Business development
  • Service administration
