Frameworks we sit on
We work within trusted frameworks to help mental health support reach people when it matters most.
Working together to widen access to mental health support
Allkind offer services within nationally recognised frameworks, making it easier for public sector organisations to commission high-quality mental health support.
By sitting on established frameworks, we ensure our services meet high standards for quality, governance and value. These frameworks enable NHS organisations, local authorities and partners to access our support quickly and with confidence.
As mental health needs continue to rise, frameworks play an important role in matching services to need, in a timely way.
Our current frameworks
NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework – Talking Therapies
Allkind is an Agreed Supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework for Talking Therapies.
This framework links NHS organisations and public sector partners to commission Talking Therapies from a trusted network of providers, including voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations like Allkind.
Through this framework, we work alongside primary care, community teams and NHS services to:
- Increase capacity within local systems
- Reduce waiting times for Talking Therapies
- Provide accessible, clinically led support shaped around real lives
- Deliver care that is preventative and responsive

Why this matters
Mental health challenges affect people of all ages, and the gap between need and access to support remains significant.
Framework-based commissioning helps address these challenges by enabling earlier intervention and improving access. It helps to ease pressure across the wider health and care system.
Our approach within framework
Across all frameworks we sit on, our approach stays the same. We deliver mental health support that is:
- Clinically led and evidence-based
- Shaped by lived experience
- Flexible and responsive to local need
- Grounded in community and partnership
We are committed to supporting the NHS Long Term Plan and the ambition to place mental health on an equal footing with physical health. We do this through care that is accessible, preventative and person-centred.
Future frameworks
We continue to explore opportunities to work within additional national and regional frameworks, allowing us to expand access to our services and support more communities across London and beyond.
This page will be updated as new frameworks are added.
